The IMF packaging system is ideal for filling and closing medium open-mouth bags ranging from 5-55 pounds. This machine is fully automatic and equipped with two bagging spouts, enabling it to fill bags at a rate of up to 1,800 bags per hour. This is an excellent bagging machine for high-speed bagging of powders that require de-aeration during filling.

The IGF series of automatic bagging machines are designed by Concetti to fill and close large, open-mouth bags from 10-110 pounds. This machine is highly versatile with its ability to work with flat and gusseted bags made of paper, polyethylene, and porous polywoven and even form and fill poly bags from an FFS reel.

The STARPACK® is a high-speed, open-mouth bagging system, designed by Concetti to fill and close large bags ranging from 22-110 pounds. This machine can meet high hourly production needs with a speed of up to 1,600 bags/hour.

The IGF Bag Placer is an efficient and affordable semi-automatic bag filling and closing system. This machine is ideal for those looking for an economical entry into automated bagging. The system automatically hangs and fills bags then deposits them onto the closing conveyor for the operator to introduce into the bag closer. Rates up to 600 bags/hour.

The Concetti manual bagging systems are designed for operators to fill and close the open-mouth paper, poly woven, and polyethylene bags with or without gussets safely and efficiently. Manual bagging systems can be equipped with gravity, belt, and screw-fed bagging scales to match any application. Bagging rates up to 900 bags per hour.
